Ethiopia holds a high status among the coffee-producing countries for it is the “birthplace” of Arabica coffee. Yirgacheffe, located in Southern Ethiopia, is one of the most popular African districts. It is very well known for producing high-quality Ethiopian coffee beans. The acidic and mineral dense soil along with extreme altitudes create the perfect coffee growing micro-climate. Our natural-style beans are naturally dried on raised beds with the laying down of red cherry. Our beans are grown in an area surrounded by forest cover as well as rain-forest, which provide natural shade for the majority of the Arabica plants.
